Mike Roberts - President and CEO

Mike has been involved in building/selling supply chain solutions for the past twenty years, and has always made it a point to thoroughly understand the problems and challenges facing his customers.
Mike started his career going to work for Xerox out of college. This was probably one of the best sales training companies in existence. From there he went to work for Computer Associates where he sold their ERP solutions and was the top salesperson in the company two years in a row.
"When I started Activ, I wanted to stand out in the partner eco system at Microsoft."
Since that beginning, Mike has spoken at numerous Microsoft Worldwide conferences, has been a keynote speaker at several Microsoft events, and has had Activ participate in key product launches with Microsoft and SAP. Activ has also served on the Partner Advisory Council for Microsoft.
Mike brings a unique and diverse view of applying technology to solve supply chain issues. His visionary strategy is to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that businesses can leverage to gain better supply chain visibility and achieve competitive advantage.

Adam Oaks - VP Sales and Marketing
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Adam is responsible for sales and marketing strategy and for leading Activ Technologies' growth. Adam brings with him over 20 years of successful international management experience in sales, web marketing, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and operations.

Before joining Activ Technologies, Adam spent 9 years with MFG.com, a global online marketplace for manufacturing. Initially being recruited to take the sales group to the next level, Adam orchestrated 100% YOY growth in the first and second years of leadership (from $2M in 2003 to $10M in 2005).
As Vice President of Global Sales and then Senior Vice President and General Manager, Adam led tremendous revenue and customer growth both in the US and around the globe. With full P&L responsibility, formally expanded focus in sales, Marketing, and Operations on a global level, dividing time evenly between Atlanta HQ and Europe office in Geneva, Munich, and Paris. Optimizing a 60-person global sales organization, Adam brought Europe to profitability after less than a year.
Adam also spent 14 years with Reed Construction Data, a worldwide provider of construction information. There, Adam held various positions of increasing responsibility in sales management including having overall responsibility for the company's flagship product line and was the driving force behind the development of leading-edge products that helped propel their revenues over $100 million.
Adam received a BBA in Marketing Management from North Georgia College and State University and has also served as an officer in the United States Army.
Garland Duvall - VP of Professional Services and CTO
As Vice President of Professional Services and CTO, Garland is responsible for solution creation, delivery, and support at Activ Technologies. Garland has over 25 years of experience providing leading-edge technology solutions across many industries.

Most recently, Garland was CEO and CTO of Datatrac Corporation. Datatrac specializes in logistics profitability improvement, risk management, and cost containment. While there, Garland developed and implemented strategies to migrate Datatrac’s solutions to 100% cloud-based, expand Datatrac into new markets, and create mobile capabilities on smartphones and tablets. During his tenure Garland grew the company and more than doubled the revenue.
Prior to Datatrac, Garland was COO of 1stAg, Inc., where he led the company’s delivery of a web-based grain trading platform and grew sales to over twice its previous level. Before joining 1stAg, he was VP of Product Development for Brokat Technologies, which specialized in web-based solutions for the banking industry for corporate, small business, and personal banking customers. Previous to joining Brokat, Garland was Chief Architect for Harbinger Corporation, a leading provider of eCommerce software, including traditional EDI products.
Garland holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
